As Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen:

Support the Executive Chef and Head Chef in leading the brigadeTake responsibility for the kitchen in their absenceDeliver high-quality dishes with excellent presentation and consistencyAssist with menu development and seasonal dishesTrain and support junior members of the teamMonitor stock control and minimise wasteEnsure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all timesWhat we're looking for

Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a quality-led kitchenExperience within a Rosette or similar fresh-food environmentStrong technical cooking skills and attention to detailPassion for seasonal ingredients and modern cooking techniquesLevel 3 Food Hygiene Certificate preferredPositive attitude and strong leadership skillsWhy join?
