Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you'll be a vital part of our kitchen team, responsible for:

Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within your specialityManaging and training demi–chef de parties or commis chefsAssisting in developing new dishes and menus in collaboration with the sous and head chefEnsuring high standards of food hygiene and safety are maintainedMonitoring portion sizes and waste to support profitability

What we're looking for:

We're seeking a dedicated culinary professional who:

Has experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or similar role in a busy environmentDemonstrates strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulationsIs capable of leading and inspiring kitchen team membersHas excellent organisational skills and attention to detailIs passionate about creating quality dishes and continually improving
