We're recruiting on behalf of a steakhouse rooted in Gloucestershire farming heritage, serving home-reared beef, fine wines and expertly crafted cocktails from their site.

They're looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead the floor, drive standards and deliver a first-class experience for guests, day in, day out.

Responsibilities as Restaurant Manager

Manage day-to-day front-of-house operations across the restaurant and bar

Lead, motivate and develop the team to deliver consistently excellent service

Maintain high standards of food, drink and guest experience

Manage rotas, staffing levels and team performance

Oversee stock control, ordering and supplier relationships

Handle bookings, guest queries and any issues that arise

Ensure compliance with health & safety, food hygiene and licensing standards

Monitor sales, costs and profitability

Support the owners with driving the venue's reputation and growth

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or strong Assistant Manager ready to step up

Experience xjnqpsq in a quality, food-led restaurant or steakhouse environment desirable

Strong leadership and people management skills

Commercially minded with a good understanding of costs and margins

Confident handling licensing, compliance and day-to-day operations

Passionate about food, service and guest experience
