Recruitment Consultant – Temps & Perms

Location: Haywards Heath, West Sussex

Salary: £32,000–£35,000 basic + excellent bonus potential

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join an established and forward-thinking recruitment business based in Haywards Heath.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded recruiter with a strong temporary recruitment background who enjoys building client relationships, managing key accounts and developing new business.

The successful candidate will inherit responsibility for an established portfolio of clients, including a substantial temporary recruitment account, providing an immediate opportunity to generate significant bonus earnings from day one.

Alongside managing these existing relationships, you will have the freedom and support to develop your own portfolio of temporary and permanent recruitment clients, with additional financial rewards for the business you bring in.

The Role

Take responsibility for an established portfolio of recruitment clients.

Manage a large temporary recruitment account, ensuring excellent service delivery and ongoing client satisfaction.

Develop and strengthen existing client relationships, identifying opportunities for further growth.

*

Proactively generate new business, targeting SMEs and developing your own client portfolio.

*

Develop both temporary and permanent recruitment opportunities.

*

Manage the full recruitment process, from business development through to candidate placement.

*

Build long-term, profitable relationships with clients and candidates.

The Package

Basic salary of £32,000–£35,000 depending on experience.

Generous account management bonus from day one, with potential earnings of approximately £2,000 per month.

Additional bonus for securing and developing your own new clients.

About You

Proven experience within agency recruitment, ideally with a strong temporary recruitment background.

Confident managing established client accounts and delivering a high level of customer service.

Commercially aware, with the ability to identify opportunities and maximise existing business.

A proactive business developer who enjoys winning new clients.

*

Comfortable recruiting across both temporary and permanent markets, or keen to broaden their experience.
