We’re looking for ambitious ex-athletes to join our partners in Defence & Automation Recruitment as aspiring Recruitment Consultants.

No recruitment experience is required. Our partners provide the training, tools and coaching - you bring the mentality.

Recruitment is fast-paced, target-driven and competitive. You’ll build relationships with candidates and clients, identify opportunities, negotiate deals and develop into a specialist within the defence and automation sectors.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

* Building relationships with professionals and clients across the defence and automation sectors.

* Sourcing and interviewing candidates.

* Developing your own network within specialist engineering and technical markets.

* Managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

* Negotiating salaries and offers.

* Developing new business opportunities.

* Working towards individual and team targets.

* Becoming a specialist within your chosen area of defence or automation recruitment.
