Location: Minworth

Salary: £29,000 pro-rata (Full-time equivalent)

Hours: Part-Time | 20 hours per week | Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM - 12 PM

Work Style: 100% Onsite

This is a part-time position working Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 12 PM. You will be the sole, go-to Randstad representative on-site, managing a vibrant contingent workforce of temporary talents.

Key Responsibilities:

Day to day: You would be conducting inductions for new starters

Query management: Managing worker queries and ensure they are escalated to the relevant person to ensure they are resolved

Data & Administration: Managing weekly administrative tasks, and producing Management Information (MI) and weekly reports.About You:

To be successful in this role, you need to be highly proactive, organised, and exceptionally comfortable with data.

Strong Customer Service & Stakeholder Skills: You are confident, approachable, and happy to talk to anyone-from production floor workers to senior site managers.
