Join Our Prestigious TeamWe re looking for a professional, reliable, and customer-focused Concierge to be the welcoming face of a landmark residential building in the heart of Manchester. If you thrive in a front-of-house role and enjoy creating a secure, friendly environment, this could be the perfect opportunity.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional front-of-house service to residents, visitors, and contractors
Handle enquiries in person, by phone, and via email with professionalism
Manage deliveries and bookings, ensuring smooth access to the building
Coordinate with contractors and service providers as needed
Maintain building security through regular checks and monitoring entry points
Keep communal areas pristine and welcoming at all times
About YouExperience in concierge or customer service roles is desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proactive and responsible approach to daily tasks
