We are recruiting an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead a busy, high-volume kitchen in Bristol.

The role requires a confident kitchen leader who can deliver consistency, manage a team effectively and maintain high operational standards.

The RoleLead the kitchen team and oversee daily kitchen operations

Deliver consistently high-quality food in a fast-paced environment

Manage stock, ordering, GP and wastage

Maintain excellent hygiene, health & safety and compliance standards

Train, develop and motivate the kitchen brigade

Work closely with senior management to ensure strong kitchen performance

The Ideal CandidateProven experience as a Head Chef or strong Senior Sous ready to step up

Background in high-volume, fresh food kitchens

Strong leadership and organisational skills

Calm under pressure and confident running busy services

Solid understanding of kitchen financial controls

Salary up to £45,000
