Facilities Assistant - Front of House, Dundee

We are currently looking for a Facilities Assistant to join a professional FM team on a busy corporate site.

Start: ASAPDuration: Until 18/10/2026Hours: 40 hours per weekWorking hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pmPAYE: 13.94 per hourUmbrella: 18.15 per hourDuties:

Supporting the wider Facilities Management (FM) team and helping ensure the site remains compliant with Health & Safety requirements.Providing professional Front of House / Reception support across different floors of the building.Working closely with housekeeping, security and other service partners to ensure requests are dealt with promptly.Carrying out basic housekeeping duties, including: Loading and unloading dishwashersSpot cleaning high-use areasMeeting room and communal area resetsGeneral upkeep of kitchen facilitiesMonitoring and replenishing floor and kitchen consumables.Maintaining a clean, tidy and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.Being visible and approachable throughout the building.Providing a friendly and professional service to colleagues and visitors.Supporting the FM team with general day-to-day tasks as required.Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Professional, friendly and customer-focused approach.Good organisational skills and attention to detail.Comfortable working across different areas of a busy corporate building.Ability to work as part of a wider FM team.Previous experience in front of house, facilities, hospitality, customer service or a similar environment would be advantageous.Immediate availability is preferred.
