F&B Supervisor

F&B Supervisor – Live in available.

We’re looking for an experienced F&B Supervisor to join a busy hospitality business.

This is a hands-on supervisory position for someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading a team and making sure the operation runs smoothly from preparation through to service.

You’ll play an important role in keeping the Food & Beverage team organised and ensuring guests receive a consistently high standard of service across the hotel's restaurant, bar and events operation.

The Role

As F&B Supervisor, you will:

* Supervise and support the F&B team throughout daily service.

* Help coordinate breakfast, lunch and dinner operations.

* Make sure the restaurant and bar are properly prepared before service.

* Allocate tasks and provide direction to the team during busy periods.

* Help improve the organisation and efficiency of the F&B operation.

* Support weddings, private functions and other events.

* Assist with the training and development of junior team members.

* Lead by example and maintain high standards of service and presentation.

* Work closely with the wider management team to ensure the smooth running of the operation.

About You

We’re looking for someone with previous F&B supervisory experience who is confident taking responsibility for a shift and leading a team.

You don't need to have been an F&B Manager. In fact, this role would suit someone who enjoys being hands-on and operational rather than someone looking to move immediately into a strategic management position.

You'll ideally have:

* Previous experience supervising an F&B team.

* Experience within a hotel, restaurant or similar hospitality environment.

* Good knowledge of both restaurant and bar operations.

* The confidence to take control of a busy shift.

* Strong organisation and prioritisation skills.

* A hands-on approach and willingness to get involved.

* Experience supporting functions, weddings or events.

* The ability to train, motivate and develop team members.

* Flexibility to work a range of shifts depending on operational requirements.
