Club Manager Glasgow Leisure Club Salary up to 35,000 + generous bonus

This is an exciting Club Manager role at the heart of a growing leisure club, focused on bringing communities together, getting people active, and delivering memorable sessions and events that help the club thrive.

What We're Looking For:

Proven leadership experience with a strong commercial and operational mindset.Energy, drive, and a genuine passion for community-based leisure and sport.Confidence to be hands-on and get involved across all areas of the club.A people-first approach, with the ability to create a welcoming, inclusive, and social environment.

What You'll Do:

Take ownership of the day-to-day running of the club.Build and grow a thriving local leisure community through engaging activities and well-planned programmes.Create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages participation, repeat visits, and strong member relationships.Plan and deliver events, sessions, and social activities that bring people together.Lead and motivate the club team, creating a positive and high-performing environment.Monitor commercial performance and identify opportunities to grow membership, revenue and engagement.Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards are maintained across the venue.Lead social media activity to keep members informed, engaged, and active.
