Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head Chef, you'll help deliver nutritious, high-quality meals for guests. You'll:

Prepare and cook meals in a busy kitchen

Support stock ordering, organisation and cost control

Follow food hygiene, allergen and dietary requirements

Coach and support junior team members

Manage your workload effectively during busy periods

What we're looking for

You'll be an experienced kitchen professional who:

Has catering experience, ideally in a high-volume environment

Enjoys working as part of a friendly, busy team

Has excellent food hygiene and allergen knowledge

Can confidently manage dietary requirements

Has strong organisational skills xjnqpsq and works well under pressure
