Location: Bedfordshire

Salary: GBP31,948.80 Hours: 40 hours a week

Shifts: 3-shift rota, with shifts ranging between 6am and 10pm

Contract: Permanent

We re recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join a well-established hospitality business within Bedfordshire.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a modern, fast-paced kitchen where you ll have responsibility for your own section, work with a supportive team and be part of a business that genuinely invests in its people.

The role

Working within a busy kitchen environment, you ll be:

Managing your own section and preparing food to a consistently high standardSupporting smooth and efficient service during busy periodsEnsuring food hygiene and Health & Safety standards are maintainedSupporting and supervising more junior members of the kitchen teamAssisting with stock management and deliveriesWorking closely with the wider team to deliver a great customer experience What we re looking for

We d love to speak with experienced Chef de Parties, but we re equally open to an enthusiastic Commis Chef who is ready to take the next step.

You ll be someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, works well under pressure and, most importantly, is a genuine team player.

Hours

You ll work 40 hours per week across a mixture of early, mid and late shifts.

As this is hospitality, the rota will include some evenings and weekends, however the business is really conscious of work-life balance and works hard to ensure rotas are fair and days off are grouped together wherever possible.
