Love great food and enjoy working in a friendly kitchen? We're looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our team at our beautiful country inn and wedding venue.

From relaxed lunches and evening dining to unforgettable weddings and special events, no two days are the same. You'll work alongside a passionate team creating fresh, seasonal dishes that our guests will love.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up.

Passion for creating fresh, seasonal dishes using quality local ingredients.

Experience working in a busy kitchen, ideally serving both ?? la carte and large functions or weddings.

Ability to run your own section confidently while maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.

Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.

Calm, organised, and able to perform well during busy service periods.

A positive team player with good communication skills and a willingness to support colleagues across the kitchen.

Creative approach with an interest in contributing ideas for menus

Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required by the business.

Reliable, hardworking, and committed to delivering an excellent dining experience for both restaurant guests and wedding parties.

Eligibility to work in the UK with own transport as we are not on a bus route.

Desirable:

Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).

Experience with weddings, events, or banqueting.

Knowledge of British country pub cuisine and seasonal menus

Pay: GBP14.00 per hour
