Business Travel Consultant - Dutch Speaking

Are you a fluent Dutch speaker?

Do you have experience using a GDS system (Sabre, Galileo or Amadeus)?

This global Travel Management company is seeking a Dutch Speaking Business Travel Consultant to join their team using your Dutch language skills to provide a high touch service to Dutch speaking clients.

DUTIES:

Booking worldwide travel for Dutch corporate clientsHandling enquiries for flights, Hotels, Car hire, transfers and other ground arrangementsProviding fantastic customer service at all timesMaking recommendations and processing the bookings in a timely fashion with attention to detailTo provide high level customer service to all clients internal and external to the required SLAs and standardsEnsure client travel policies are adhered to correctlyWorking with speed, accuracy and a calm approach to solve urgent booking amendments and changes.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Current Business Travel working experienceFluency in Dutch and EnglishWorking knowledge of Sabre preferableExcellent fares knowledge of both nett and published airfaresExceptional worldwide flights knowledgeA fast and flexible working attitude

THE PACKAGE:

A basic salary of 32,000 - 38,000 (DOE)Hybrid working
