A genuine passion for speciality coffee, fresh smoothies and healthy protein shakes.Previous Barista and Supervisor experience (essential).Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable personality.A positive attitude and strong work ethic.Excellent attention to detail, from drink quality to store presentation.Someone who takes initiative, thinks creatively and enjoys bringing fresh ideas to help the business grow.Your role will include:

Preparing high-quality coffees, fresh smoothies and protein shakes to brand standards.Delivering exceptional customer experiences every time.Supervising and supporting the team during busy shifts.Managing rotas and assisting with stock control and stocktaking.Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming store.Helping build an amazing team culture and community atmosphere.Contributing ideas to improve the customer experience and support the growth of the business.Benefits:
