EP3 HONDA CIVIC TYPE R. The only reason i am selling is i am looking for something a bit more fuel efficient. This car has been very well treated in mine and previous ownership as reflected in the photos above. There is now a small bit of underseal added to the under body of this car but the pictures displayed above show 2 months before applying. This car is mechanically spot on, ran only on premium fuel and LiquiMoly 5w-40 in my ownership and has never missed a beat. Is about due a clutch change but it will come with an exceedy 3 piece clutch kit included in the price. Hits V-Tec hard. The car sits at roughly 135,0xx but will rise slowly until sold. This car is HPI clear, Has FSH, Two Factory Keys, Electric and Heated wing mirrors, Electric Windows, 4 Previous Owners. I honestly cannot say anything bad about this car apart from a minor exhaust blow and a few age related marks. First to see WILL buy. Serious buyers only! Maintenance and mods listed in photos.
