Honda, CBR, 2005, 1137 (cc) CBR1100XX a very well-invested motorcycle

Description

For sale: CBR1100XX. If you’ve searched for this model, I assume I don’t need to say anything more about it.

The details:
1. Braided brake and clutch lines (full CBS system).
2. Custom-made seat with gel inserts and anti-slip material; it’s wide, comfortable, absorbs vibrations well, and ensures your backside doesn’t get sore on long rides.
3. Oxford heated grips.
4. USB charger and voltmeter located near the ignition switch.
5. Clip-on handlebars from a VFR800 (raises the riding position by about an inch, bringing the bars closer to the rider).
6. MOSFET-based voltage regulator.
7. Full LED lighting (front, rear, and turn signals), including an LED-compatible flasher relay.
8. Complete luggage set (top case and side panniers; compatible with both Kappa and Givi systems).
9. Additional electronics wired via a relay that activates when the ignition is turned on.
10. The motorcycle is equipped with a Datatag security system; an Abus Granit 68 lock is also included.
11. RAM mount with a Beeline Moto navigation unit (the navigation unit itself can be included for an additional fee).
12. Battery replaced this spring with a higher-capacity unit.

The motorcycle has been regularly serviced by me (oil, brakes, etc.). You can check the MOT history—there hasn’t been a single failure since 2021.
Always used Motul 7100 10W40 oil.
The CBR was always stored over the winter in a heated indoor space. I made sure to finish riding before the roads were salted—I’m very cautious about this, as my previous "XX" (CBR1100XX) rusted out from winter riding!

That covers the positives.
Now for the negatives:

Given its age, the motorcycle has a few minor cosmetic flaws—scratches and scuffs. Some were caused by me, while others were already there when I bought the bike 6 years ago. They don’t bother me, and I prefer to be transparent about the bike’s history.

The motorcycle is due for a fresh service; after returning from a trip across Europe this summer, I switched to a new bike I purchased.

The motorcycle is ready to ride away. Please, no absurd offers. Also, there will be no test rides; if you don’t intend to buy, please don’t even message me—there’s no point in wasting each other’s time.

Individuals who are knowledgeable about this motorcycle and understand what it’s capable of are much more welcome.

And now, perhaps the most important part—why I’m selling it:
I’m a truck driver, and lately, I’ve been letting myself open the throttle a bit too often. Given the speed this bike can reach—and how quickly it gets there—it’s a perfect recipe for losing my driver’s license.
