Hello everyone! I have a 3-Bedroom large Top flat in Cardiff-Adamsdown area. FOR SWAP: 👉 I looking for 3 bedroom council house in London or House from housing Association within 20 miles of london victoria. I am ready to swap from January 2026.
My property is from Housing
Association. MY RENT is £577 per month only an all services/utilities are included in the rent. My rent for Year 2024 was £565 monthly. I live in this property 8-years! All rooms are very large and very clean. The all property was newly painted in May 2025! Thats Maisonette flat - one old lady lives alone only on the ground floor. And we live on the first floor and no one else. Nice apartment, no mould on the walls over the 8 years, which is great. My property is 10 minutes walk from city centre Cardiff.
