- Open to a spacious housing association flat as a temporary option, provided it meets my needs.
Essential Criteria:
- Spacious 1-bedroom flat above ground floor, do not contact me if you have a studio.
- Must allow pets
- Located in Central London (Zone 1) – priority for Exmouth Market/Clerkenwell/Angel area but will consider nearby areas within Zone 1.
- On a quiet street away from main roads.
- Preferably top floor or with a lift if higher up (will consider other floors above ground floor for right flat and flat without a lift if fits my criteria).
Preferred Extras:
- Balcony or some form of outdoor space (highly desirable).
- Will consider flats without outdoor space if property meets my requirements.
