Looking to swap my 1st floor four in block. 2 very large bedrooms with built in wardrobes, all brand new doors fitted throughout, new skirting boards and new sliding door mirror wardrobes fitted also. Massive private back garden and private off street parking at the front. In lovely area in scone right next to park, school and shops. Only reason I am looking to swap is that I have young children and is a strugge with them getting up and down stairs with prams, car seats etc. really need a bit more space and am looking for a 3 bedroom would consider 2 bedroom if it was right kind of property. All areas in Perth considered.
