Description
London & Quadrant (West)
Tenancy type
Secure
We moved into a new apartment in Brent Cross Town on Brent Terrace Road. Our old landlord was Barnet Homes, and now we have L&Q. Although our last place was demolished, we kept the same tenancy and with the right to buy.
Our apartment is on the top floor (2nd floor). It has two double bedrooms; one has a built-in wardrobe. The living room is spacious and has room for an island table. There is also a decent-sized balcony.
Brent Terrace has many local shops, new restaurants, and two large parks. The Brent Cross West Thameslink station and local buses to Brent Cross shopping centre are a 5-minute walk away. Staples Corner retail shopping centre, with a 24-hour gym and an indoor adventure park, is also a 5-minute walk. If you walk for 20 minutes through the park or along the main road, you will reach the Tesco Superstore and Betta Leisure Centre.
I am looking for a 2-3 bedroom house with a garden, a large living room, and double bedrooms. If it is a 3-bedroom house, I don’t mind if one room is a bit smaller. I would like it to have a secure tenancy, council with the option to buy (RTB). I don't mind multi-swap.
