Flat swap from2 bed flat Bristol to London

Wanting to move from Bristol to London. No time wasters as I need to move for support and to be closer to my family and my daughters career would like to live north or anywhere around the central areas but ideally NW1. I would consider any other areas but would very much depend. NO Estate, I live in a Victorian beautiful house converted into 3 large flats I do not have access to a garden as it belongs to flat 2 but they’re is plenty of grass space in the front of the house which gets looked after every 6 weeks all so along with the windows being cleaned, I live on the top and we all have our own front doors which is perfect for our own privacy and space. My neighbours who I share the space with are lovely who keeps them selfs to them selfs and work. I live in a vibrant trendy part of Bristol where 5min walk is where every thing you need is from Sainsbury’s, Tesco, bakery, boots oriental food stores, Bars and pubs the weekends is more busy but in general an all around great area Gloucester Road which is literally on my door step 5 min walk , another restaurant is opening soon I believe just down the road from me. I am a 5 min walk from the doctor surgery and local schools cotham, secondary, and Montpelier secondary, along with primary schools which are all a short walking distance. And the famous St Andrews park which is beautiful in the summer one of the biggest parks. I live where skins was created, so that’s something to shout about.😁 I would consider my area the best of Bristol if your looking for central close to shops and close communities this is where you need to be. Please no time wasters thank you.
