Extremely Sad Urgent Swap due to end of life care, support and closure with family & friends living in Sussex.
We have a spacious 1 bedroom (2 bed spaces) ground floor terraced flat at the top end of George Street, Aberdeen. It has double glazing, combi boiler & central heating. The whole flat is painted in neutral white. The carpets are less than 2 years old & fitted with thick cosy underlay. They are spotless like new, without ever having had any spills or marks on them. We can leave them down if desired and we can also leave the cooker, washing machine & fridge which were also new and as we hardly use them, they are spotless as well as in good working order. Lastly if desired we bought top quality roof to floor black out curtains from Dunhelm and they match the carpets & light shades that we can also leave if wanted. That is a considerable start and saving for the person who would like to swap with us. If you think about it, in private rentals you are lucky if the things we can leave to start you off are reasonably clean and they are not free for you to own.
Entry is by fob & key with a door release intercom for visitors.
The garden is both beautiful & peaceful and it comes with own patio. It is accessible from the flat hall and as it is walled all the way around, it is safe for children & pets.
So this is Scotlands 3rd largest city affordable, friendly, low on crime and offering work and further education to those who seek such, a big shopping mall that connects the rail & bus station, a ferry terminal & an International airport . It also has two universities, a great college, a mile long main shopping street, beautiful golden sandy beach with a theme park, city golf courses, pretty parks and there are several retail parks. Two theatres, 3 cinemas, two national bingo halls and a variety of night life that includes night bus services.
We are on 5 bus routes that serve the City Center, Bus/Train Station & Aberdeen International Airport.
In Scotland prescriptions, university and for the majority of people bus travel all over Scotland is free.

Our reason for leaving is to share end of life care with family who reside mainly in Sussex. Time is not on our side sadly and we will consider any location in or between Worthing & Eastbourne.
