I’m looking for a 3 or 4 bedroom house through a mutual exchange. I currently have a 2 bedroom council flat, but I need a larger home as I have three boys aged 7, 13 and 18, and we’ve outgrown our current property.
Lovely size flat only 4 in a block benefiting from your own garden as well as a communal garden located on a quiet cul-de-sac, close to schools shops doctors parks leisure centre.... Lidls within 2 minutes walking distance.. Own garden with 6ft fence so plenty of privacy . Good sized bedrooms 1 including a built in wardrobe.. Absolutely amazing neighbours i just need and extra bedroom for my son or id happily stay here..double shower and bath. Right to buy extremely quiet!
