As part of a small serious swap does anyone want to move to a quiet green part of Aylesbury in Buckinghamshire. Not far from town. Ground floor with only one person above. Not on an estate. Very spacious inside. On a private road with parking. No garden but can't have everything if waiting for ground floor flat or in need of ground floor.

Two bedrooms, no estates or big blocks. Prefer maisonette with 10 steps max. Converted property with own front door and not shared. I am flexible.
Areas surrey, or 1 hour train ride to London.
