I’m looking to exchange my 4/5 bedroom house located in quite area of Forres, moray IV36 ( 68 miles from Aberdeen)
My house is in a quiet col-de-sak with loads of parking out the front or back
Enclosed back & front gardens
With build in concrete shed out the back and outside cupboard out the front.
Downstairs has large living room ( can be split to make another extra room)
Separate dining room (was being used as 5th bedroom)

1 single bedroom with build in cupboard
A Box room/ study
Family bathroom with shower over bath

There is also separate storage upstairs and downstairs.

Schools, shops, bus & train station all in walking distance.
5 mins walk from nature walks
I’m looking for a large 3 bedroom house in Aberdeen or shire but will expect another 4 bedroom.
Only moving due to family illness!!
