3 Double bed London apartment for Swap

I have a 3 bedroom apartment on the 4th floor (of 7).
Building has lifts as well as stairs and a really beautiful rooftop communal garden. This is a bright spacious apartment 3 doubles 1 is larger (has king-size bed in with space), Modern OPEN-PLAN style living area and kitchen. Bathroom is big (has shower over bath), also a 2nd toilet with sink. There is a small utility/storage space, which has the boiler and washing machine in and space for storage. Very warm flat in the winter hardly used the radiators at all!
Lot's of light coming in and you can see the pretty garden (which on the 2nd floor) from all rooms:)
I can watch my daughter playing and call down to her easily. It's accessed without having to leave the building.
NO balcony but there's also a playground 5 minutes from the back of the house and another grass/park place at the front which is private for us residents only with key -(2nd pic above)
Has parking. Downstairs there's Tesco express, cafs, beauty spa, dentist (literally across), hairdressers, restaurants and gym and more. Easy travel to central London, buses are close and underground station 7-11 mins walk, NW9 London

Genesis Housing Association, Assured lifetime Tenancy, rent and s.c £227.56 - (although 2 weeks a year rent is free also includes the Water Bill and service charge), no RTB

I can't move into anything smaller then a 3 bed personally, but have left open to what I want..due to possible multiswaps so please let me know what u have and where - IF you are interested in mine that is. Thanks
