I have a 3 bedroom semi with large established garden. Looking to move to Glasgow now as I am retired and have family there. I have lived here for 25 years and it is a lovely wee village to bring up children. Primary School and Nursery only a few minutes walk. Bus from the village to the nearest High School in Perth. Ideally I would love the West End of Glasgow but open to other areas if fairly central. I have had the council inspections already and all is fine. The new occupants must qualify for a 3 bedroom house as underoccupancy is as you would expect, not allowed. Air source heating, triple glazing and up to date insulation.
