Require urgent home swap/mutual exchange. I need a 3 to 5 bedroom house, maisonette or a flat. I live in a 2 bedroom flat currently which is based on the fourth floor. Housing association property, which is assured tenancy. The flat is lovely with laminated floor boards in the hallway and living room. One bathroom and toilet combined. Gas central heating and double glazed windows throughout. Plenty of sunlight comes through my windows. Overlooking the beautiful natural site of nature reserve and Walthamstow marshes. Beautiful public park very close by. Wonderful area for jogging, cycling or going for a walk. There is a highly popular pub a few seconds away from my property overlooking the canal and the nature reserve. Two lifts available in the building. Free residential car parking in the private bays and also free on the nearest public road and time restricted 10-12pm Mon-Fri only which makes it very convenient for residents and guests. The neighbours are very friendly and efficient. Shops and amenities are literally 2 minutes away. The bus stop is 4 minutes walk and trains station 10 minutes walk. You can get to Liverpool street station within 10-12 minutes from the station. Primary School is 1 minute walk. Community garden and canoeing club based very close by. I love the area very much and the only reason is I desperately need to move to a bigger property. I prefer the local area but definitely may consider anywhere in north east London or outer London.
