Buses go in various directions and a 2 minute walk away is Tooting Station (Thameslink) with trains that go directly into London Blackfriars (Thameslink - and there is always a seat!) or Wimbledon the other way (2 stops). Tooting Broadway tube (Northern line) is a 15 minute walk away or 5 minute bus ride. Parade of shops include Lidl, Tesco Express, plenty of take aways shops, Italian bread shop, Asian supermarkets, butchers, pharmacy etc.
