2 bed first floor flat in Islington need 2 or Large 1 bed

Have a 2 bed first floor flat with double rooms, central heating, double glazing, large balcony/patio accessed by sliding patio doors in living room or doors in kitchen.
Flat is local to shops, tube, buses, parks and some really good schools. I live opposite a hospital Street view shows back windows which makes it look like a big long block, it's not they individual blocks with 8 flats.
Have about 10 steps and this is the only reason I need to move, need ground floor or I would stay.
I'm looking for a 2 bed, ground floor bungalow or flat with garden or secure outside space. Would consider large 1 bed, Need parking and pets allowed
Looking for EN7 EN8 etc, Waltham cross, cheshunt, broxbourne, would also consider Highgate, N22 to be near family.
Flat is large with lots of storage, separate toilet and bathroom with electric shower
