Rent is £130pw Greenwich Council is the landlord.
Garden is huge. Has had a new fence fitted recently with rear side gate access. Neighbours are lovely and quiet; the street is so peaceful too.
Free on street parking, you can make the front garden into a drive for two cars if you wished.
Overall the house is lovely and will easily be able to move straight in and bchange to your exact taste later if you choose. All flooring has been laid in the last two years and taken very good care of.
I would love to stay but the house just isn’t big enough for us
