Four IKEA Expedit Shelving Units (sold individually)
Mile End, London
1 / 4
Description
Selling four original IKEA Expedit shelving units, which housed my rather excessive record collection for 15-20 years. While the Expedit (discontinued since 2014) has achieved something of a cult status among record collectors for its sturdy construction and perfectly sized compartments (making them highly sought after), they're equally suitable for books, toys, boxes, games and general household storage.
2x White (4×4) – £30 each
• 16 square compartments per unit
• Approx. 149 × 149 × 39 cm
1x Brown (4×4) – £35
• 16 square compartments
• Approx. 149 × 149 × 39 cm
1x White 5×5 – £40
• 25 square compartments
• Approx. 185 × 185 × 39 cm
CONDITION
All units are approximately 15 years old and have been used for record storage.
They're in perfectly serviceable condition, but naturally show signs of age and use.
• A few minor veneer chips, a broken wooden peg or two and some extra drilled fixing holes from when the units were secured to the wall and to one another.
• The large 5x5 one has 2 partitions from the top row removed (see pic)
All units are dismantled into their original panels and ready for collection from Mile End, East London, E3.
Reasonable offers welcome (particularly if you're interested in more than one unit).
Happy to answer any questions.
