Ben at B.S.M was brilliant from start to finish. His communication throughout was incredible, wasn’t pushy to use his company gave you time to think. Was really a 5 star service, from booking in to Mick coming and investigating didn’t use scare tactics which some places do. We are now in the process of getting everything else sorted I will use Ben and his team for any pest problems for life now. I will recommend this company to anyone who has trouble with pests. Massive thanks to Ben, Mick and Ellycia for everything you’ve done. 100% a Five Star Company

Mick came out. Did a survey of my property. Had mice and rat infestation, out bait down, came back a week later to carry out the work needed to get rid of the pests!
Mick and Jack got to work straight away, fumigated my lift. Gave it a full sweep, removed nests they were up in loft, took up contaminated insulation, put new down. Removed all waste. Vacuumed upstairs etc!
Repaired floor in kitchen, and behind dishwasher that had a hole in outlet pipe ! Very very impressed, was at my house 6 hrs, and never stopped! Coming back in 7/10 days to check up that all have moved on to rodent heaven!!
Would recommend them 110%
Mick and Jack were very friendly and couldn’t do enough! Even asked if I wanted anything when they went to get their lunch!
Just brilliant,Ben who is the boss was very kind and helpful from my first conversation with him, there if I needed any help or information. Never had to use a pest control firm but were just amazing
