Telephoned for a quote, given a good price and job completed the next day to a very high standard, with all mess cleared away. Both men friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

They contacted quickly and were very keen to start the next day. Quote was fine but they hadn’t seen the job or the space, and we weren’t going to be in. We did the quote by video and photos. I followed up with clear instructions - All fine. He arrived and immediately called wanting £1000 more, as the tree was bigger than expected and he needed another tree surgeon. I said no, because that’s why you do a site visit in advance and come prepared. Came with 2 inexperienced Mates, they worked hard but were totally out of their depth. They asked to go through my neighbours house, as it was easier to access the road. I asked for a video to show they had tided up before going. They sent a video and tidied our garden fine. But the last straw was when I got a call from my neighbour, and they completely trashed their garden. We were in contact, they didn't think it was a big issue and never came back to sort it out. So now we are fixing their fences and posts. Never again.

The worst experience I’ve had with a tradesperson. I had agreed on a price after sending a pic and asked for it to be cut till the stump. They told me they would come that Saturday and were a no show and hadn’t called. I had other tree surgeons coming down to give me a quote, so I wasn’t fussed. I then was surprised to find them in my garden having started the job but said nothing to it as the price was good and was happy for them to complete the job as mentioned over WhatsApp. They did as much as they could till sunset and mentioned they would come again tomorrow. They came the next day and started on some trees my neighbour had agreed with them and said they would finish my job once they had them at the same level. They then managed to finish half of that and nothing was complete. Left the job incomplete for over 10 days. Came back and finished the neighbours trees to a certain height but left logs in the garden and hadn’t completed both job. Following to that, verbally abused me over the phone and in person due to the neighbour not paying them even though the jobs were both incomplete and I had paid him in full. It got so bad neighbours came to figure out what was happening. Left logs in my drive after his employees brought them to the front to take them. Left my whole garden filled with twigs and didn’t clean up after the mess they made. Broke my neighbours gutters. Broke the swingset. Pulled of my down pipe of my boiler whilst taking the large branches through the side entrance even though they were requested to cut them shorter to avoid damage on the new render. Left the new render dirty and the tiles stained. When addressing the neighbours payment I was abused multiple times about being a beggar and being worth nothing and was constantly harassed. Once payment had been given, the verbal abuse became excessive and loud. Whilst driving away they smashed an alcohol bottle on the floor outside the property. Very unprofessional, I would look elsewhere and pay extra in comparison to this treatment. I have also learnt to never pay in full before the job is complete. Do not be pressured to pay upfront. Unitdy. Unclear with instructions. Unprofessional. Verbally abusive. Don’t waste your time
