This holiday home is one of 5 that we have sited on the tranquil Woodlands site close to the swimming and leisure complex and just a short walk to the reception area, shop and main theme park. There is also a free shuttle bus that circulates frequently. And we have other holiday homes close by. Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms. The spacious open plan living room provides plenty of room for all the family to relax together. Fully central heated with a gas fire in the lounge for extra warmth if needed. The fully fitted kitchen comprises of a full-size gas oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. A fire extinguisher, fire blanket, first aid kit, carbon monoxide detector and smoke alarm are provided for your safety. Outside is a decking area where you can relax and soak up the sun.Bedding supplied but you need to bring your own towels.
Please note: Passes need to be purchased on your arrival at Flamingo land office and the price depends on the amount of guests staying in the caravan. Children under 3 are free. These will last for the duration of your stay and give you access to the theme park, zoo, swimming complex all bars and evening entertainment. Flamingo land is family orientated and will only allow lets to families of up to 6 persons, or 7 as long as the child is 2 yrs or younger.
Deposit required is £100 to hold the booking which is none refundable if cancelled.We also require £100 bond this will be returned to you as long as the caravan is left clean & tidy with no breakages. The balance can be paid at any time up until 6 weeks before arrival. (if you prefer to spread the cost you can pay in smaller amounts at any time).
