Description
Complete family of five NatWest piggy banks by Wade Ceramics, from the savings promotion launched in 1983. All five present: Woody the baby, Annabel, Maxwell, Lady Hilary and Sir Nathaniel Westminster.
Sir Nathaniel is the hard one to find. He was the final reward in the sequence and far fewer were issued than the earlier pigs, so complete sets rarely come up.
Woody in his nappy with the blue safety pin. Annabel in her green pinafore, white blouse and yellow necktie. Maxwell in blue trousers with braces and a red striped tie. Lady Hilary in a blue top and black skirt with her grey purse. Sir Nathaniel in black dinner jacket with red bow tie and buttonhole.
Condition: excellent, no chips or cracks to any of the five. Bright original colours. Please see photos.
Sold as a complete set only, not split.
Collection from SE8, 10 min walk from Surrey Quays (Overground). Can sometimes drop off near King's Cross by arrangement. Postage available at buyer's cost, individually wrapped and boxed. Smoke and pet free home.
