Description
This vintage chess set was probably made in Eastern Europe and features a folding case with pyrography details that make up the chess set and hold all 32 wooden pieces. The inside of the case also features a backgammon board. Beautifully made and all pieces are present as originally purchased. Please look carefully at the photos for details of the pieces. The set is in really good condition though it is lacking one of the brass closure hooks as shown in photo 6. Collection from Longworth OX13 and all proceeds to village charity white elephant fundraiser.
