Remember when many towns and cities throughout the UK had their own bus fleets in distinctive liveries: unlike the unimaginative likes of Arriva, First and Stagecoach?
This splendid 1:76 scale model of a Leyland PD1 is in the livery of the long gone City of Leicester fleet and has never been out of its box (see photos of a specimen) and is a reminder of times past when municipal liveries invoked civic pride.
