On offer here is this VINTAGE JONSEREDS CHAINSAW complete with BAR & CHAIN
Model 80?, Serial number 481902
The bar overal length is 29 3/8 inches (giving about 24 inches or so of exposed bar). Detail stamped into the bar are:- Made in Canada, 501 9671 - 84 and 8875 GF.
Carburettor is Tillotson with what appears to be HS108B stamped onto the body.
Oil and fuel tank are currently empty.
These parts are missing:- Hand guard, saw dog and the outer guide bar plate -see photo.
The pull starter grip is split and now held together with tape - as illustrated.
One edge of the bar is burred, and is surface rusted mixed with grease in places. The bar and chain are currently detached.
It has a good spark, very good compression, and was last run about a year or so ago.
Might now need carburettor clean / overhaul and general tinkering to get running again.
£140, cash on collection. Alternatively could dispatch to UK mainland address using Parcelforce for approx. £23 (two packages), with total payment via PayPal or bank transfer.
