Description
On offer here is this USED HMV WIRELESS, Model 1122, Serial number115964. Originally available to buy new sometime during the 1950s.
The dial cord is intact, as is the back panel.
When connected to power, the dial lamps illuminate but there is no sound, not even a crackle when operating any of the controls. Tube heaters seem to glow.
The cabinet is in sound condition, with no insect damage, but as can be seen I think, much of the finish is no longer present.
The badge / logo located just below the speaker grill is damaged. The speaker grill cloth is slightly torn and is fragile.
The item isn't in working condition and offered for restoration / repair or for parts.
£29.50 cash on collection. Alternatively I can dispatch using ParcelForce Ex. 48 services for an additional £15.16, with payment for the total via PayPal or bank transfer. The item is packaged, so dispatch would occur virtually immediately once payment received, and once dispatched tracking details will be given.
