Description
I am a retired craftsman, and I made this shell in my workshop from eight different hardwoods, Zebrano, Oak, Purpleheart, Satinwood, Kiatt, Cherry, Sapele and Maple. The stand is made from Beech and has a cushioned base. Each segment of the shell is made individually from the different woods, cut by hand, shaped to fit the next segment and sanded smooth to give this striking effect.
No varnish or colouring has been added, the colours are all natural.
Every shell sculpture I make is unique and the postage is free. You are welcome to view in my workshop in Anslow if you wish. DE13. Just message me. All questions answered.
