The Mayfair Dolls House & Basement by The Dolls House Emporium
The set includes dolls and accessories, everything you can see that's in the photos A little bit of it has been decorated, brought 2 years ago, and although loved, l've unfortunately not got the time to decorate it and appreciate it anymore
This is where it was brought from it has all the sizes and dimensions on website l've added a photo of a hinge that needs repairing, the stairs have never been glued down.
The basement side wall, needs pushing back into position- I didn't push it back for the photos so you could see how its slightly fallen in, this would be an easy fix, just needs securing
