Antique Framed French Devotional Card
A framed devotional card of Child Jesus and Saint Joseph - likely French, 1920s.
Saint Joseph, holding lilies, stands with a hand on the child Jesus' shoulder in a pastoral setting. Jesus has his arms extended. A dove appears over Saint Joseph's head, and God is looking down from the clouds upon the scene.
Inset with gold brocade, in quite a shabby chic style, but full of character.
Collection from Glasgow G41 or can be posted at cost.
