Description
This brand new and unopened Adeept PiCar Pro is an open source robot car which will appeal to robot enthusiasts and learners looking to experiment with AI.
It is a Raspberry Pi-based robot development platform which is easy to assemble using instructions, code and tutorials from the Adeept website.
The car has a modular design utilising aluminium alloy and ABS and can be built as two different types of car. It utilises web-based remote control from any device running Google Chrome (Mobile phone, tablet, computer running Windows, Linux or Mac OS).
Features of car with robotic arm:Visual line tracking, colour recognition, moving object detection, OLED display, lighting indicators, and robot arm functions.
Features of car with ultrasonic module:Visual and ultrasonic line tracking, automatic obstacle avoidance, colour recognition, moving object detection, OLED display, lighting indicators and more;
The car is coded using Python and is compatible with Raspberry Pi model 3B, model 3B+ and model 4 (NOT INCLUDED).
The kit needs one of the Raspberry Pi models listed above and two 18650 batteries which support a maximum output current of at least 4A. These can be described as having a "high rate discharge".
