Location: Knowsley, L34

Shifts: 08:00–16:30

Days: Monday–Friday

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient VNA and Counterbalance to join our client based in Knowsley. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by performing various tasks related to the handling, storage, and distribution of goods. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast–paced environment.

Duties

Operate counterbalance and VNA forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Utilise a Warehouse Management System (WMS) for tracking inventory and managing stock levels. Handle materials with care, ensuring proper storage and organisation within the warehouse. Maintain an orderly warehouse environment by stocking shelves and ensuring products are easily accessible. Perform picking and packing duties for outgoing orders, ensuring accuracy in fulfilment. Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including loading and unloading lorries. Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to safety protocols. Requirements

A valid, accredited and in–date FLT Counterbalance & VNA license is essential Knowledge of warehouse management systems, particularly AS400, is preferred. Strong ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the role. Experience in stocking, picking & packing, as well as shipping & receiving processes. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self–motivated when necessary.
