About the Role:
Lead and manage a multidisciplinary therapy and recreational team, ensuring high–quality, evidence–based rehabilitation services from referral to discharge. Provide clinical governance, oversee caseloads, chair team meetings, and support service improvement through audit, research, and outcome evaluation.
About You:
BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy (HCPC registered)
Proven leadership experience in health/social care
Strong background in neurorehabilitation and multidisciplinary working
Skilled in evidence–based practice, audit, and outcome measures
Excellent communication, organisational, and people management skills
