Team Manager (ADOS-2 Clinician)
Location: Huddersfield, West Yorkshire (Hybrid)
Role: Permanent
Salary: GBP60,000 - GBP65,000 per annum

An award-winning independent psychology and neurodevelopmental practice delivering high-quality assessments for adults and children, including autism and ADHD evaluations, expert witness reports, and health service contracts.
The Role
Lead a multidisciplinary team at a new Huddersfield clinic, managing neurodevelopmental assessments for autism and ADHD under public health patient choice programs. Responsibilities include:
Supervising psychologists, therapists, and support staffOverseeing diagnostic assessments (ADOS-2, ADI-R, QB)Managing clinic operations, performance metrics, and contract deliveryEnsuring clinical governance and case managementSupporting onboarding, training, and process improvementsQualifications
HCPC or NMC registered clinician (Psychologist, SLT, OT, Nurse)ADOS-2/ADI-R trained (QB training desirable)Experience in neurodevelopmental assessments and team managementKnowledge of DSM-5 criteria and differential diagnosisExcellent communication and leadership skillsBenefits
