Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Treatment Coordinator (TCO) / Receptionist to join busy private dental practice. This is a demanding role requiring strong dental knowledge, excellent organisation, and confident communication with both dentists and patients.
Key Details
Full–time: 40 hours over 5 days
Days: Monday Friday
Shifts: 07 30 or 09 30 (rota–based)
Salary: From GBP33,000, depending on experience
Start Date: 26th January 2026
Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience in a private dental practice
Confident user of SOE dental software
Strong understanding of dentistry and dental treatments
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast–paced environment
Excellent communication skills with patients and clinicians
Outgoing, proactive, and professional attitude
